Managing risk in commercial lending involves both thorough underwriting and solid documentation.  Knowing the documents and how they protect the lender are an important part of the process.  This program covers commercial loan documentation – both commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) – at the first of two levels:  Prior to closing.  (A companion program will cover the second level:  At closing.)
